Practical guide for R&D contracts between research laboratories and companies
The association of Carnot institutes and the National institute of industrial property (Inpi) are working together to support and unite research laboratories and companies.
The culmination of this partnership is the compiling of a practical “Les partenariats de recherche entre PME-ETI et laboratoires publics – Mode d’emploi” (research partnerships between SMEs / intermediate-sized enterprises and public laboratories) User guide.
This guide is an opportunity to outline the framework elements of R&D contracts between companies and research laboratories which can be used as a common reference framework for both parties. A central thread to this work is the simplification of the partnership and contracting process through advice and common sense information.
