Cetim and FIM propose a major debate focusing on the Plant of the Future in the mechanical engineering sector. This meeting with industrial companies, scheduled to take place on Wednesday 8 April 2015 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Place des Lumières during the Industrie 2015 exhibition in Lyon (France), is the opportunity to review the situation of the 34 th New Industrial France plan. Three company managers will also explain how they modernised their production tools.

As a new step in the Plant of the Future programme, Cetim and FIM invite industrial companies to the Industrie Lyon exhibition to discuss the opportunities related to the Plant of the Future. The second part of this meeting will be dedicated to providing industrial companies with assistance in their process to modernise their production tools. Philippe Contet, from FIM, will reveal the “Plant of the Future” repository and Jean-Camille Uring, from Symop, will present the platform implemented by Symop (the French association of machines and production technologies) concerning the French offer in production tools.
