EWGAE 2018
After 18 years abroad, the EWGAE conference will be held again from 12 to 14 September 2018 in Cetim’s facilities in Senlis (France).
For 46 years now, acoustic emission will be the major subject of the conference. This complete and fast non-destructive testing method is perfectly suited to perform integrity tests on large structures. This is a passive technique which makes it possible to keep working times and costly shutdown periods to a minimum and allows, in particular, real-time damage monitoring of components in operation. Acoustic emission has seen constant technological progress, and the ambitious objective of EWGAE 2018 is to share these latest changes.
Simultaneously with the conferences, a scientific and technical exhibition will bring together the main stakeholders of this field.
