Warm forming of aluminum 5000 alloys series has the following three advantages: better formability, reduced springback and improved aspect. However, the industrial implementation of this process is still poorly developed mainly for economic reasons. This study concerns the warm forming of aluminum with a progressive die. Indeed, thanks to its higher productivity, progressive dies could make the sheet aluminum warm forming a more economically attractive process.
