Delamination in thermoplastic unidirectional carbon fibre-reinforced composites at various loading rates have been characterised in this study. Unidirectional polyamide (PA) 6,6/carbon fibre-reinforced specimens with polyimide inserts were tested under mode I (opening) and mixed mode I/II (opening/shear mixed) configurations.
