Boostheat produces more efficient boilers by controlling component cleanliness.
Boostheath promises to cut your gas bill in half by combining a condensing boiler and a heat pump which uses a patented thermal compressor. Nevertheless, this level of performance requires high precision of the parts operating within the compression systems and the particulate contamination of these parts must also be closely monitored as it can harm operation of the valves or the tightness between the cylinders and the pistons. The French manufacturer sought Cetim’s expertise to ascertain the acceptable quantity and dimension of the particles. Following a thorough analysis, Cetim’s specialists were able to determine the requirements to be met in terms of particulate contamination for each of the components in question. A second step involved ensuring that the parts meet the determined level of particulate contamination prior to their assembly. Therefore, with assistance from Cetim, the manufacturer invested in the appropriate equipment to “wash” its parts before assembly.
