JTC10 – Material efficiency – Summary of standards
In order to draw up generic standards covering the eco-design requirements inherent in all aspects of material efficiency and linked to the circular economy – durability; repair, re-use and upgrading; re-manufacture; recyclability and recycled materials content – FIM asked Cetim to keep watch on the M/543 standardisation mandate issued by the European Commission. Five working groups were set up within JTC10 to define horizontal standards, not directly applicable, and to write the corresponding documents. The main information about them (WG, title, reference, publication date) is given in this document (S2044) for the standards EN 45552 to 45559.
