Light pollution of tools - Influence of blanking clearance and lubricant

Pollution problems frequently occur on tools and work parts in  operations, whether it is debris from sheet material (light pollution) following blanking or slug pulling (heavy pollution). After two prior work phases that highlighted a first source of light pollution generation (S1941), a third phase was launched to understand the influence of the blanking clearance and lubricant. This point was discussed in a previous study for its potential role in the emission of particles and now appears to be a particularly important parameter.
