Cetim open day: register online!
This year, Cetim is celebrating fifty years of technological partnerships and is cordially inviting mechanical engineering companies to share thoughts and solutions for the Industry of the Future at each of its sites respectively on 20 May, 3 and 17 June. Go to Cetim50.fr to register for one of these three days and experience an exciting programme.
2016 is a special year for Cetim as it marks its 50 th anniversary. To celebrate half a century of technological partnerships and promote innovation, Cetim is cordially inviting industrial manufacturers to visit its facilities during three open days to be held on 20 May in Saint-Étienne, 3 June in Senlis and 17 June in Nantes. All the information relating to these open days can be found on the dedicated website http://cetim50.fr. This website also contains the agenda and directions to access the sites. To register, you just have to fill out the registration form online.
3 sites, 3 events
Visit our website to find out how the network of engineering industrial technical centres will meet the major societal challenges of the 21 st century. As a matter of fact, health and ageing, nutrition, mobility and sustainable energies are the common themes of these exceptional events combining conferences and visits featuring multiple demonstrations.
The Saint-Étienne facility will start the ball rolling with the key topics for the mechanical engineering companies of the future: additive manufacturing, energy efficiency in machining, clean technologies, contribution of 3D digitisation, cleanliness, cleaning and functionalisation of surfaces. On 3 June in Senlis, visitors will get the opportunity to learn more about mechatronics, robots and cobots within the “Robotic Park”, as well as the benefits of predictive maintenance and energy optimisation. Finally, the Nantes site will present to industrial manufacturers the potentials of multimaterial assemblies, the secrets of leak tightness control and fluid containment. Naturally, composite materials will be the centre of focus during this day, in particular with the demonstration of the high-speed composite production line.
It is worth noting that these three events include a conference dedicated to the priority technologies for 2020. An edition took place in late 2015, at the same time as the Key Technologies for 2020 for the French industry exercise carried out for the Ministry (Direction générale des entreprises (DGE) – General Directorate for companies), which showcases 53 technologies identified as a priority for the mechanical engineering sector for 2020.
