A new Mécathèque to prepare the future
On 17 May 2018, Cetim released the new version of its Mécathèque. With its new and improved ergonomics, this tool features a powerful search engine that is able to answer “Full Text” questions and which incorporates all studies underway at the Centre.
As of 17 May 2018, the Mécathèque will have a complete makeover. Users can now have direct and instantaneous access to all of Cetim’s studies, whether or not they have been completed! The Mécathèque is Cetim’s manufacturing knowledge base that contains some 7,000 documents (works, reports and summaries of the Performance collection, technological watches, works related to standardisation and regulation, priority technology sheets, etc.), with approximately 500 new titles published per year. It also provides access to completed studies as well as those which are still underway to respond in real time to requests from small, medium and intermediate-sized enterprises.
A powerful search engine
For quicker and easier searches by users, several options are offered on the home page such as the possibility to explore the “R&D programme” (actions in progress), the “studies results” or “all documents”. Ask your question in “Full Text” in the relevant section and you will obtain the replies in a single click!
At any time, you are able to refine your search by filling out the request in the search engine or selecting the filtering options: profession (culinary articles, cutting-stamping, furniture, hardware, medical devices, etc.), the technological area (management systems, material-processes, design-simulation-test, mechatronics-inspection-measurement, sustainable development, etc.) or the area of excellence (failure analysis, assembly, noise and vibrations, efficient production, dimensioning, simulation, design, products and processes in mechanical engineering, quality, safety, environment, etc.).
No information will pass you by with this tool!
