The partnership R&D event for companies.
The 2017 edition of the Rendez-vous Carnot (Carnot Meetings) saw 2,800 innovation players, 11,000 business meetings scheduled in advance and 94.5% of participants identifying new R&D partners! Building on this success, the 2017 edition will be held on 17 and 18 October 2018 in Lyons, France.
The event was created in 2008 by the Association of Carnot Institutes and is a business convention that allows companies, especially SMEs, to find R&D support to match their innovation needs through meetings scheduled in advance for the most part and other meetings arranged at the event. Through this forum, companies are able to meet the major players of partnership research and thereby accelerate and bring their projects to fruition. It is an ideal opportunity to meet experts from Carnot Cetim to obtain assistance in their projects from the design phase to industrial production.
All industrial and technological sectors are represented including digital technologies, micro and nanotechnologies, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, chemistry and materials, energy, environment, transportation, pharmacy and health, agri-food, agriculture, fashion and luxury, among others.
Participants are also offered:
- a comprehensive programme of conferences with focuses on various themes,
- an “innovation pitch” space aggregating innovative start-ups and SMEs co-organised with Bpifrance Euroquity and WeLikeStartup.
