Professions of the future presented to young people on video!
“The Industry of the Future, your new playground”. The General Directorate for companies (DGE) has found a fun way to help young people discover the industrial occupations of the future. In its three videos put online during the week of industry, it therefore draws a parallel between the current children’s games and their future occupation. Anne is controlling a mini robot in her living room with her smartphone? Tomorrow, she will thrive in the industry by becoming a Robotic technician. Orféo is having fun creating a 3D model of his radio-controlled car? Tomorrow, he will use the most advanced CAD tools in the automobile industry. Anaïs is modelling the avatar that will represent her in an online game? Tomorrow, she will use these same concepts to create prostheses with 3D printing. This is a wonderful way to attract the interest of young people by getting them to view industry as a wellspring of exciting jobs. Watch and share!
