MMP 2015 conferences: learn all about advanced metallic applications
ASTech Paris Région, the aeronautical competitive cluster, will hold the first MMP (Metallic Materials and Processes) conferences from 25 to 27 November 2015 in Deauville, France. This event is supported by major aerospace companies such as Airbus Defence & Space, Airbus Safran Launchers, Airbus Helicopters, Airbus Group Innovation, Safran, RUAG, CNES, ESA, CEA, DGA, or MT AEROSPACE. It will bring together scientists, designers, integrators and users of the “advanced metallic materials and structures” sector during formal presentations and more informal meetings. The subjects of the presentations will include the applications used in various sectors such as aerospace, automobile, railway, navy, Offshore constructions, energy, the medical sector or highly radioactive environments. Three presentations will be given by Cetim experts: “The advantages of advanced NDT technologies for the mechanical industry”, by Henri Walaszek, “A study of the influence of bending parameters on the deformation of parts made by press forming and subsequent heat treatment”, by André Maillard, and “The use of heat treatment to improve the mechanical properties of a TA6V ELI alloy obtained by selective melting”, by Benoît Verquin.
