IMS Group promptly certifies its materials with Cetim
IMS Group, a distributor and trader of special steels, supplies the major industrial manufacturers of the nuclear, petrochemistry and transport sectors. “Our products must be certified by international certifying bodies: American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Bureau Veritas (BV), Det Norske Veritas (DNV), etc.”, explained Johanel Terrien, Commercial Representative at IMS Group. In order to meet this demand of its customers, the trader called on Cetim’s teams which performed tests of its products in the presence of representatives from the certifying bodies. This eventually led to a long-term strategic partnership between the group and the Centre, based on expertise and responsiveness.
