A new Chief Innovation and research commercialisation officer at Cetim.

Cetim has entrusted Philippe Gouvaert with an important and noble assignment by appointing him as Chief innovation and research commercialisation officer. To this end, Philippe Gouvaert who has worked at Hewlett Packard (HP) then at Cap Gemini, before heading the commercial department of the Carnot technological institute seven years ago, is responsible for continuing its innovation approach for SMEs and intermediate size companies. In support of promising start-up companies, he will manage the complete innovation cycle from the birth of the idea to its commercialisation on the various markets. He succeeds Denis Eymard who has taken his retirement and who spearheaded the emergence of DFD’s supercritical carbon dioxide cleaning machines, as well as co-developments of a new family of thermoplastic materials with Eurostar Engineering Plastics, and the development of Vapérail’s smart and communicating bolt.
