Today, in our globalising world, companies can no longer rely on yesterday’s machining techniques to continue to manufacture the products of tomorrow. They must capitalise on technological developments achieved through new production methods to make the changeover to “advanced machining”. These take a variety of forms: multifunction, machining assistance and smart machinery, in order to achieve unprecedented levels of productivity, flexibility and quality for increasingly complex parts.
