EMM 2015: the winning selection at Mechatronics Awards

On June 2 and 3 2015, approximately 130 people gathered at Cetim Senlis for the European Mechatronics Meeting (EMM) 2015. At the end of the meeting, CEA, Naïo Technologies, Bosh Rexroth, Coval, UTC and Poclain Hydraulics received a Mechatronics Award.

It was not a small feat, bringing together on June 2 and 3 2015, approximately 130 people for two days in Senlis to discuss the specific topic of all-terrain mechatronics (professional and rail machinery, agriculture and agricultural machinery). Nevertheless, the challenge was successfully met for this 13 th edition of the European Mechatronics Meeting!

At the end of the meeting, the Mechatronics Awards 2015 were handed out to the six organisations that were recognised for the innovativeness of their projects. Accordingly, CEA was honoured in the research category, Naïo technologies in the Start Up category and Bosh Rexroth in the major corporation category. Coval, Poclain Hydraulics and the Compiègne University of Technology respectively received awards in the following categories: SME with less than 500 employees, intermediate-sized enterprise and training.

The EMM was organised by Thésame in partnership with the union of mechatronics manufacturers (Artema) and Cetim. The event was supported by the Union of agri-equipment manufacturers (Axema), the Trade association for construction, infrastructure, steel and material handling industries (Cisma), the FIM, the Mont-Blanc Industries competitive cluster, the French Government, the Rhône-Alpes and Picardie regions, the General Council of Haute-Savoie and Europe.
