Cetim scores double at the Bourget 2017 tradeshow
The Paris International Air Show will be held in Le Bourget (France) from 19 to 25 June 2017. This will be an opportunity for manufacturers to get their fill of technical and economic engineering solutions, starting with those proposed by Cetim, at two separate stands.
Cetim will be showcasing its solutions at the Paris Air Show to be held in Le Bourget (France) from 19 to 25 June 2017. These solutions are in line with the Industry of the Future initiative and geared to meet the new needs of the sector, in particular those related with increasing production rates while ensuring the reliability and quality of parts, and product design to cost to increase their added value.
Accordingly, the Centre will be exhibiting its technical and economic engineering solutions dedicated to the entire aviation supply chain at the “Pays de la Loire” space (Hall 4 – stand D92). The solutions include its range of products and services for the implementation of innovative processes as well as tests and analyses on metallic and composite materials. The Centre will also present its solutions for optimising the organisation of production and support in “design cost” project management.
At the Carnot institutes “Aircar” space (Hall 4 – stand C166), dedicated to small, medium and intermediate-sized enterprises, Cetim will be exhibiting inter alia the latest innovations for high-speed production of composites: the patented technology Quilted Stratum Process (QSP), for the high-speed production of ready-to-use mechanical parts, and the Spide TP process, for the high-speed production of high-performance complex parts by thermoplastic filament winding.
With 2,400 exhibitors, the Paris Air Show is a key event for players in the sector. The show is a unique opportunity for the 150,000 professional visitors expected to attend, to meet with the major aerospace manufacturers and a large number of their subcontractors to analyse and understand the strategies implemented by the former and the new technological solutions offered by the latter.
