Recovery of used grinding wheels
This summary (S1691) presents the results of the study on the recovery of used grinding wheels instead of being buried in landfill. These used grinding wheels amount, in France, to a yearly quantity in excess of 10,000 tonnes. Two recycling sectors are examined in this summary: “open loop” (use as material) and “closed loop” (reuse of the abrasive function).
